Construction Management

Move Management
With the stresses of running a business, why add to it by coordinating the office move yourself? Our experienced move management team can successfully plan, coordinate and implement your entire move with minimal interruption to your business productivity. In conjunction with your move, we can also coordinate furniture reconfigurations and installations. Construction Monitoring
Construction Monitoring is a program that provides oversight on auto dealership construction to ensure that the loan funding is provided in accordance with the level of financial loan provided. This is critical to protect the loan entity client to ensure that the capital expenditure and construction percentage being billed each month matches the physical investment of the new auto dealership. The client benefit is to minimize risk as construction monitors with years of experience are visiting the site, reviewing the construction in place, and approving the next level of loan funding.
