This Project was a 32,000 SF ground up tilt-up building including interior build out. The space is primarily office space to house the City of Corona Department of Water and Power. It houses all DWP departments under one roof including maintenance, facilities and infrastructure, service, and billing. The space also includes a 1400 SF Emergency Operations Center that will be the city's primary nerve center in the event of a disaster, natural or otherwise. The A/V and communications systems installed were state of the art. The building was designed to essential service standards and is fully backed up by an emergency generator. The project also included all site utilities and infrastructure as well as about 4 acres of parking, landscaping and fencing.

This project was a 44,000 SF ground up tilt-up building including the interior build out. It consists primarily of office space to house the City of Corona General Services including Public Works, Building Department, Parks and Recreation, Code Enforcement and Dial a Ride. It also included locker rooms, mud rooms and crew rooms to service all city departments. The building was constructed to essential facility standards and is completely backed up by an emergency generator. The project included all site utilities and infrastructure and about 5 acres of parking, landscaping and site improvements.
