Howe Bonney and Associates was founded in 1999 and has its corporate office in Gardena, California where the accounting, human resources, and administrative functions are performed and managed. We provide multiple prime construction management, owner representative services, project management and move management services to multiple clients including Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc, Hoag Hospital, The Capital Group, Providence Health & Systems, and the Los Angeles Community College District.

Experience

HB&A has been providing Project Management and Construction Management services essential to the on-time and on-budget successful completion of projects for numerous divisions and subsidiaries of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. and Toyota Financial Services, as well as numerous other companies over the past many years. These efforts have ranged from complete program management of their ongoing headquarters facility relocations and operations, to project management of their continuous facility renovations and expansions, to direct multiple prime construction management and owners representation of large green field projects.
